Chief technical architect on all projects, Tony has a wealth of knowledge and experience pulled together from 20 years in the technology industry.
Working for numerous blue chip organisations within the Insurance and Financial sector, Tony mastered many technological disciplines including software design and voice and data engineering. He was well respected in the city and ended his full time employment career as Engineering VP for a very large US bank developing voice and data architectures that would define strategic technological decisions going forward. Tony eventually moved on to set up T&T. Tony has wide breadth of technical know how that covers Automation, audio and visual technologies and control and automation solutions, all supported by proven business knowledge. He has successfully run a privately owned company for the past 11 years.

Carl Ambrus - European Design Manager
Carl gained a BEng(Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2006 from the University of Surrey. He Spent a number of years progressing from a Junior installer to a CEDIA Certified Professional Designer, during which time he helped establish systems in a wide variety of properties and locations; from public attractions in Amsterdam and Norway to hi-end residential properties in the UK. Carl finally joined T&T Automation in 2008 as a Senior Designer, where, amongst other certifications, became a THX Certified Professional: Home Theatre 1 as well as becoming, along with Dan Tumata, one of only four people in the world to hold the CEDIA Home Cinema Design Specialist qualification.  He is now the European Design Manager at T&T Automation and continues to study for his THX Certified Professional: Home Theatre 2 certification and to become a Chartered Engineer. Kelly Ashforth - Designer - UK
Kelly has had an interest in Art and Design from a young age, particularly Interior Design. She studied Art and Design/Graphic Design at college and then went on to study and gain a National Diploma in Interior Design. In September 2005 Kelly joined T&T Automation where she is responsible for the technical drawing and documentation of each project. Using skills in D-Tools, AutoCAD and 3DsMax she is able to produce schematic drawings, documentation, technical drawings of hidden aspects of the design and 3d models and animations to present to the client to help visualise the final design prior to installation. Tony Lawrence - Production Manager - UK
Tony joined T&T in August 2007 to manage the engineering and installation team. He brought with him a wide variety of experience gained from previous employment ranging from listed building restoration to working in the security industry. Having worked his way up from trainee level to senior engineer in the industry, Tony gained enough experience to go freelance and spent the next several years designing, installing and commissioning integrated electronic security and home automation systems for companies all over South East England. Now a valuable member of the T&T team, Tony’s specialist areas include CCTV, access control, security lighting, fire alarms, electronic safety systems, and home automation. Mark O'Neill - Senior Installation Technician - UK
After gaining his qualifications as an electrician, Mark went on to work for 4 years on the building of Canary Wharf in London. From there he worked on many different contracts, gaining experience and expanding his knowledge base to include Cat 5 and 6 and Satellite TV installation. He has 22 years of experience covering electrics, CCTV, access control, home automation and intruder alarms. Rowan Clarke - Senior Installation Technician - UK
After gaining a BSc in Music Technology and Audio System Design, Rowan went on to spend 2 years as a team leader installing plasma and LCD TV in domestic and commercial environments. He then spent 3 years at Quadrant Visual Solutions working as an installer and team leader in the educational, medical and corporate sectors.Rowan has undergone training in both AMX and Crestron systems and now brings his audio visual experience to working as an installation engineer for T&T with a view to specialising in audio and video system calibration, undertaking HAA and ISF training. Nick has been working within the custom installation industry for the past ten years, previously with a leading London based AV company where he worked his way up to team leader, and then going on to work as a freelance installation technician for a number of years. Gary’s background stems from over 20 years working in some of the UK’s premier recording studios and over 9 years in custom install and Crestron programming. As a Senior Studio technician he gained a wealth of knowledge with all aspects of AV. He has spent the past 3 years programming Crestron systems in some of the grandest super yachts and houses around the world.
