Working for numerous blue chip organisations within the Insurance and Financial sector, Tony mastered many technological disciplines including software design and voice and data engineering. He was well respected in the city and ended his full time employment career as Engineering VP for a very large US bank developing voice and data architectures that would define strategic technological decisions going forward. Tony eventually moved on to set up T&T. Cilanne Martens - Administration Manager - NA
Cilanne brings almost 15 years of varied experiences in the electronics industry to the T&T North American team. A love of music and gadgetry instigated an 8 year sales career with a locally based Electronics Retailer; in that time she moved up to a management position in the A/V Department of their Flagship BC location. Cilanne then joined an International Electronics Distribution company and spent the following 5 years growing and nurturing the Inside Sales and Customer Support Department for both their Residential and Commercial Divisions. Joining the T&T team in June of ’08 as the Administration Manager, Cilanne brings in-depth knowledge from our industry, a wealth of Customer Service experience and will be implementing new policies and procedures to ensure all local environmental, business and personnel requirements are being taken care of. > Download Key Personnel Business Card

Daniel Tumata - North American Design Manager
After gaining a BEngTech at Massey University in New Zealand, Daniel started a part time job as a Sky installer. This led to a job as a contract installer for one of New Zealand’s biggest AV retailers, Harvey Normans. After moving to England in 2005, Daniel joined T&T as an Installation Engineer. He has since taken advantage of T&T’s "ongoing education" policy including achieving Cedia installer levels 1&2 and Cedia designer level 1. Daniel is now responsible for the design team and all aspects of the system design process. Ken Wallace - Production Manager - NA
Ken joined T&T in November 2007 to manage the engineering and installation team. He brought with him a wide variety of experience gained from previous employment ranging from high end custom yacht manufacture to automotive A/V installation. Ken has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial custom A/V systems as well as manufacturing and production processes.  Ken has certifications from CEDIA, ISF, BCIT (Electronics Technician) as well as many industry trainings from Crestron, AMX, Lutron and many other top manufacturers. As an accomplished craftsman Ken also brings his experience of cabinetry to T&T helping ensuring seamless integration of the A/V systems into today’s complex high end homes.  Now a valuable member of the T&T team, Ken’s specialist areas include custom solutions, home automation, audio/video calibration and systems commissioning. Sean Fraser - Senior Installation Technician - NA
Sean has more than 15 years experience in the Custom AV industry and was one of the first Canadians to be THX certified in 1994. Throughout his career he has been involved with numerous high profile installations. Sean joined T&T in December 2007 as a senior installer, bringing with him a wide range of experience including installation, calibration, programming, sales, design and project management. He holds a number of certifications including CEDIA Installer Levels 1 and 2, ISF Certification, Lutron Programming Certificate, Crestron Programming Certificate and was Vidikron Product Trainer for the Canadian national distributor for 5 years. Jean Phillipe Pouliot - Senior Installation Technician - NA
After gaining a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology in Montreal, JP started to work as an Electrical Designer for CAE a world leader in flight simulator technology. JP moved to British Colombia in 2004, where he started working in audio visual and home automation industries. With a driving passion for custom audio video installations and automation systems he has quickly became a lead technician. Proud to be the first member of T&T North America, JP bring to the company his diversified knowledge and experiences. Chris Andrew - Software Development Manager - NA
Chris Andrew is currently one of the most highly certified Crestron programmers in North America. He holds 4 certificates of Masters invitation only courses at Crestron HQ in New Jersey and is a Silver Level CAIP. Chris has been working on residential projects in British Columbia, Manitoba, Arizona, Montana and now in the UK. While he has written systems for post secondary institutions in North America and Fortune 500 companies in the USA , Chris’s resume consists almost exclusively of very large residential whole home integration projects. Walter Yao - Programmer - NA
After gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 2006, Walt became a C programmer for automation design software of Air Handling units for a leading North American company. From there he began Crestron programming in early 2008 in the commercial AV integration sector. Since then he has worked on projects including Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver Island Conference Centre and the University of Victoria.
